In order to do so, I will articulate an article under the title of Generality of Kant’s transcendental logic since the article has presented the view adequately and in an uninterrupted way. Alongside with this articulation, I will purpose a consideration about this totality: As we will see, the fundamental characteristic of the totality of this view is to concentrate on determining the status of “transcendental logic sensu stricto” as (1) a necessarily “non-formal logic” that (2) still stays “universal”. Thus, transcendental logic can be proposed as a transcendental “universal ontology” which its subject matter is “the concept of an object in general”. based on this view, in order to set these two conditions, we must abstract transcendental logic from any relation to any level of “transcendental aesthetics in general” and “intuition in general”. The hint to this abstraction is the principle that “transcendental logic sensu stricto” can only be achieved at the level of “reason in general” and any reference to the level of “critique” of “reason in general” would already dysfunction the transcendental logic itself. Through a consideration, I will attempt to discuss this subject that to what extent the abovementioned view, with its omitting of the level of “critique of pure reason” from transcendental logic, stays loyal to “the idea of a transcendental logic” in Critique of Pure Reason.                                                                                                    }, keywords = {transcendental logic,generality,Ontology,critique of pure reason}, title_fa = {مسئلۀ علی‌الاطلاقیّتِ «مُطلقِ برابرایستا": ملاحظه‌ای دربارۀ "ایدۀ نوعی منطقِ استعلایی»}, abstract_fa = {در این نوشتار خواهم کوشید تا کُلیّتِ یک دیدگاه دربارۀ "مفهومِ نوعی مُطلقِ برابرایستا" در نقدِ عقلِ محض را پیش گذارم. در این راستا، به مفصل‌بندیِ مقاله‌ای با عنوانِ علی‌الاطلاقیّتِ منطقِ استعلایی به‌نزدِ کانت مشخّصاً از این جهت خواهم پرداخت که مقالۀ پیش‌گفته این دیدگاه را به‌نحوی متکافو و پی‌گیرانه طرح کرده است؛ در ضمنِ این مفصل‌بندی، ملاحظه‌ای را نیز دربارۀ این کُلیّت به میان خواهم آورد. تعیُّنِ اصلیِ کُلیّتِ این دیدگاه عبارت است از تمرکز بر تعیینِ جایگاهِ «منطقِ استعلایی» به‌عنوانِ (1) نوعی منطقِ ضرورتاً «غیرصوری» که بااین‌همه، (2) هم‌چنان «کُلّی» یا هم‌چنان علی‌الاطلاق است. این‌گونه، «منطقِ استعلایی» می‌تواند به‌‌مثابه نوعی «هستی‌شناسیِ کُلّیِ» استعلایی به میان بیاید که موضوع‌اش عبارت است از «"مفهومِ مُطلقِ برابرایستا"». مهمّ‌ این‌که بر اساسِ این دیدگاه «منطقِ استعلایی» برای احرازِ این دو شرط باید از هرگونه نسبتِ ذاتی با مرتبۀ "حسیّاتِ استعلایی" و "مُطلقِ شهود" تجرید شود. راهنمای این تجرید این قاعده است که «منطقِ استعلایی در معنای دقیقِ کلمه» فقط می‌تواند در مرتبۀ "مُطلقِ عقل" احراز شود و هرگونه رجوع به مرتبۀ نقدِ "مُطلقِ عقل" پیشاپیش «منطقِ استعلایی» را از کار می‌اندازد. خواهم کوشید تا ذیلِ یک ملاحظه از این بحث کنم که این دیدگاه، با حذفِ مرتبۀ "نقدِ عقلِ محض" از «منطقِ استعلایی»، تاچه‌اندازه به "ایدۀ نوعی منطقِ استعلایی" پای‌بند می‌ماند.}, keywords_fa = {transcendental logic,generality,Ontology,critique of pure reason}, url = {https://jop.ut.ac.ir/article_67746.html}, eprint = {https://jop.ut.ac.ir/article_67746_e46f430734b74922eaa3991a47c04e82.pdf} }
